Wrapping and Packing Your Item
Wrap each and every piece separately in bubble wrap so that the pieces will not be able to touch each other and cause any further damage.
We recommend a new or very sturdy box to start with. Allow 3 to 4 inches of foam peanuts or crumpled newspaper as the cushioning around the pieces. The larger the distance between the pieces and the walls of the box the safer it will ship. If you can, we rececommend double boxing the pieces. The double box is packaging the item as stated earlier, then floating the box in the middle of a larger box surrounded with foam peanuts or crumpled newspaper. Double boxing is the safest form of shipping.
Shipping Your Item
Please include inside the box your name and  address and phone number, along with a description of the damage and the amount of insurance you would like it to be insured for on the return. If you do not feel comfortable packing yourself, we recommend taking the piece to a shipping and packing store (USPS, UPS or FEDEX) the store will do all the packing and be completely responsible if you should have any problems.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us at  (305) 479-6826
